Do the hot tubs come with a cover?
Yes, they come with a thermal cover to retain the heat.
Do I have to be in when the hot tub is delivered?
Yes; this is essential so we can show you how to use the hot tub etc and take payment if necessary.
Who fills the hot tub?
If the hot tub is situated at a domestic property we will start to fill the hot tub but will ask the customer to turn the tap off once full. Please note the customer will need to provide a hose also. If the hot tub is hired to form part of a holiday extra then the hot tub will be filled prior to guests arrival by Norfolk Spa & Leisure.
How long does it take to set up and fill?
Setting up only takes a few minutes and filling the hot tub depends on you're water pressure, Average time is usually 2 hours.
How long does it take to heat the hot tub?
The hot tubs take approximately 12 hours weather dependant. We can also fill you're tub with hot water depending on your taps.
What are your payment methods?
You can pay via debit or credit card or cash on delivery.
What do we need; anything in particular?
You will need a large flat area and suitable access of 75cm width. We move our hot tubs by rolling them, so a height of 1.8m is also needed. An outside tap and hose are also required, along with a 13amp electricity supply to power the hot tub.
£50 Deposit
Please note deposit is not refundable under any circumstances if you cancel – this is due to the high demand we have against booking our hot tubs.
